ARX Capital was founded in 2020 by Max C. Evard, Jana Messmer, and Ondrej Susoliak. Having assessed the market trend towards independent wealth management, the founders decided to consolidate their over forty years of combined experience in wealth management and build their own fortress. The first years are marked by overlapping international crises and market volatility as well as substantial regulatory changes. Nevertheless, the challenge is successfully taken. After its first year of operations, ARX Capital counts seven employees who manage assets in ten partner custodian banks and enjoys the status of a fully FINMA regulated Swiss independent asset manager according to the new FINIG/FIDLEG standards.
The near-term plans and forecasts are not less ambitious. ARX Capital continues to grow its client base and lead it through the persisting market volatility. Our ambition to keep the pace makes us grow our headcount, enlarging our investment office, and support functions, as well as inviting new partners with their own client network.
